MARCUS BRADLEY provides professional mobile notary services with transparent pricing and flexible policies. Before scheduling your appointment, please review our complete terms and conditions outlined below.
Service Fees Explained
Notary Fee
$10 per stamp for each principal signer requiring notarization. This flat fee applies regardless of document type or complexity.
Travel Fee
Calculated at the federal business mileage rate of $0.67 per mile, measured as round trip distance from the notary's location to your appointment address provided during booking.
Service Fees
Processing and payment gateway fees are non-refundable. These fees will be deducted from any approved refund amount returned to your original payment method.
Appointment Management
Self-Service Scheduling
We understand that plans change. Our convenient self-service scheduling assistant portal allows you to make changes to your appointment at any time prior to the scheduled meeting time.
You can reschedule, change the appointment location, or update contact information through our online portal without having to call or email our office.
Preparation Tips
To ensure a smooth notarization process, please have all required documents ready before the notary arrives. All signers must be present with valid government-issued photo identification.
If you're unsure about document requirements, contact us before your appointment for clarification to avoid any delays or complications.
Full Refund Policy
120-Minute Window
To qualify for a full refund, you must request it within 120 minutes (2 hours) of your scheduled appointment time.
Communication Required
If we don't hear from you within the 120-minute timeframe following your appointment, full refund eligibility expires.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Partial Refund Situations
Change of Mind
If you decide you no longer want the notary service before your scheduled appointment time, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount will be determined based on how much advance notice is provided.
Service No Longer Required
When circumstances change and you no longer need notarization services, we understand. Contact us immediately to discuss partial refund options based on your specific situation.
Late Refund Requests
If you miss the 120-minute full refund window but later request a refund, we may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. These situations are evaluated individually based on circumstances.
Non-Refundable Fees
Processing and service fees paid to vendors and payment gateways are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, these fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
When you schedule a notary appointment, certain fees are paid to third-party service providers who facilitate the booking and payment process. These fees cover the costs of payment processing, scheduling software, and other operational expenses.
Even if your appointment is canceled and a refund is approved, these third-party service fees cannot be recovered and will therefore be subtracted from your refund amount. This is standard practice across service industries and helps us maintain our convenient booking systems.
